Flexibility 5. Strength 6. Pathway Analysis The one-hour-long assessment will determine exactly what kind of shape your body is in. It will take two visits to complete the test. | THE INSIDE
The second portion of your BodyMap is where we determine exactly what is happening inside your body. From the report our measuring device creates regarding your body composition, we are able to determine what your body fat, body mass index, base metabolic rate, ICM (Intra Cellular Mass), and your ECM (Extra Cellular Mass) are.
