Why You Need Max Fitness
We design a completely customized fitness program based on your specific needs, your body type, and your present fitness level.
You will have two people working with you -- your coach and your trainer. Your coach will design a completely customized nutrition and workout program based on your individual needs.
Your coach will monitor your progress every single week by doing a full body composition analysis, weighing you, taking your measurements, checking your body fat %, and discussing the results with you.
You will also meet one of our personal fitness trainers for 1-on-1 training in our private training facility. Your personal fitness trainer is responsible for your education, progress, encouragement, and motivation. Together, we can do it!
My experience with my personal trainer at Max Fitness Academy has been great. To date I have lost 23 lbs. All my expectations have been met. I have enjoyed working out, which I didn't expect when I signed up.
I am in the roofing business, and do physical labor on a daily basis. I sometimes experience shoulder pain, which I thought was probably rotator cup problems. Since working with Max Fitness, and learning more about my muscles and body I have come to believe it is muscular. I rarely experience the shoulder problem I used to.
My muscle definition is much better. My mid section has been reduced by 5 inches. My percentage of body fat has been reduced significantly, and I have more energy.
